Aim
To create a league, with divisions, to have local teams compete against the appropriate level of competition to maximize player and team development.
Divisions
When an age group has more than one division the Region committee and chairman reserve the right to move teams midseason to create more even divisions
Scheduling
- Once the schedule is posted please review it for any mistakes
- Please look for any conflicts or changes you need and make them right away. Please work with your opponent to make sure the new date works for them
- Please set September 6/7 and 13/14 game dates by Aug 29th
- Please set remaining game locations and times by September 6th
- After that games may be changed ONLY if 1) There is 7 days notice 2) Both teams agree and set a new date- The approval/agreement must be sent to the league administrator-

- Games must be completed by November 14th
Rosters
- Teams must bring two US Club Soccer rosters and US Club Soccer player passes to each game. One roster will go to your opponent and the other will go to the referee to check your team in.
- ALL PLAYERS MUST BE ON THE US CLUB ROSTER AND HAVE A VALID PLAYER PASS.
- Clubs can use players from their home league/club when needed. Players must be on the submitted US CLUB Soccer roster and have a valid US CLUB Soccer pass. Clubs with 2 teams in the league/division MAY NOT have more than 12 players on a roster for any game.
- Please only bring players from another team when needed, but not to simply improve your team for a certain game
Rules of play
- Games will be played on U10 fields (60-80 L x 40-50 W)
- Fields should be lined
- Full size or U10 goals are both ok. Both goals must be the same size
- Home team provides referees- 2 refs (U11 will be 3)
- Games will be two 25 minute halves with a 5 minute half time
- NOrmal FIFA rules with exception of goal kicks which will be taken from top of penalty box. PLEASE LET YOUR HOME REFEREES KNOW THIS. Coaches remind the referees.
- Coaches and Parents should be encouraging fair play!
- Standings will be kept, but the spirit of the league is to develop players and to make soccer enjoyable
- It is the responsibility of the Home team to record the score after the game on the Nor Cal Website. Please try to do this within 48 hours of the match
