    Two years ago, NorCal was pleased to discover that the Coaches and Managers are very often able to offer insights into the placement of teams that help refine the process.

     Please remember that the first seedings posted are a “work in progress” that often change dramatically as more information comes in from the coaches and managers.  The seeding committee welcomes your help during the next 10 days or so as the rankings are changed to reflect new information.
      With so many teams, NorCal will be able to start some age/gender groups with 2 groups comprising the very strongest teams that will compete for the Super, Premier, Platinum and other higher divisions and one that will not play these teams.
            Please make sure your comments mention age and gender; and are very specific in mentioning the NorCal ID #.
            We appreciate your help and look forward to receiving the comments and suggestions. The most valuable are comparative scores, e.g. “ in the Under 9 Boys team 0000 is ranked above teams 00001 and 0002 even though both teams beat them in the London Cup two weeks ago”
