Managers who wish to register a team in the Norcal Premier League can only register a team if all players and coaches are US Club Soccer members. Most Clubs have a designated US Club Soccer Registrar. Only the Registrar can register your players as US Club Soccer Members. (The cost is $12 per player per year.) Contact your Club's US Club Soccer Registrar to begin this process. As a Team Manager, you will need to collect the following from each player in order to complete your team's registration:
See more details below. 1: Each Family/individual must complete a US Club Soccer registration form which they can find on the US Club Soccer website (www.usclubsoccer.com). This form is then completed by the player. The team manager then turns it in with the entire team package to the Club's US Club Soccer Registrar. 2. Copy of Birth Certificate. The convenient way is for parents to scan and send to the team manager by email. The original copy is not necessary. If it is not possible to send electronically (by email), then the parents must send the manager a hardcopy of the birth certificate. 3: Photograph: A 1 inch x 1 inch headshot of the player (face/headshot only, forward facing; no hats; must be in color; the entire head must fit in the photo) 4: Payment: A $12 fee must be paid by the Club for each player registered to US Club Soccer. Contact your club Registrar for more information. What to do when you have sent in your team package to your Club Registrar: - Once your club registrar has entered the information online, the processing time usually takes a few days, depending on your club registrar. Your club registrar will then return your paperwork to you (birth certificates and registration forms) and will additionally provide you with new player passes and a custom roster. - You will be given US Club Soccer Team number which you can also find on all of your player passes. You will need this number to register your team for NorCal Premier. - You are then free to sign up your team on the NorCal Premier website.
