All teams play Regional Seeding Round of 3 games on Sundays or any other day that is convenient for both teams. Specific NorCal set aside days for Regional Play: Sunday, September 14th; Sunday, October 12th; Sunday, November 9th. |

AM & PM: State seeding round : games 1 & 2 – 100% of entered teams guaranteed to play these two games Site: Woodward Park, Manteca |

AM: State seeding round: game 3 – 100% of team entered guaranteed to play this game Site: Woodward Park, Manteca |
| November 16th, 2008: |
PM: Quarter-finals for all Divisions. 100% of teams entered guaranteed a place in a quarter-final game. Site: Woodward Park, Manteca |
| November 22nd, 2008: |
Semi-finals for all teams that won a quarter-final game. 50% of all team that entered will play one of these games. Site: Woodward Park, Manteca |
| November 23rd, 2008: |
Finals for all teams that won a semi-final game. 25% of all teams that entered will play in a Championship Final. Site: Woodward Park, Manteca |
| December 13th & 14th, 2008: |
Make-up week-end in case of rain. Site: Woodward Park, Manteca |
