NorCal Premier Coaches Education Program is excited to announce a coaching course presented by Jan olde Riekerink. The course will be free for all NorCal Premier Club Coaches this June 27th, 28th and 29th. Although the course will be free to all NorCal Coaches they will be required to pay a $100 fee which will be returned when they show up at the course.The fee for non - NorCal Coaches will be $250.  An announcement will be sent out announcing registration.

Ajax Amsterdam is known for having one of the top Youth Developmental Academies in the World. Ajax is known for playing a demanding style of attacking football, with players who are skillful-masters of the ball, intelligent, creative, daring, and as often as possible developed in the Ajax youth program.

   Youth Director Jan Olde Riekerink was a part of the Ajax Amsterdam's UEFA Champions League winning coaching staff. After head coach Louis Van Gaal, Frans Hoek and Gerard Van Der Lem moved to FC Barcalona, he remained and became head assistant to Ajax Head Coach Jan Wouters. As well as coaching numerous age groups in the Ajax youth system he has also coached professionally in Holland and Belgium. He was hired this year to head up the famous youth developmental program at "Toe Kommst" or " The Future". 

  NorCal Premier has asked Jan to create a curriculum which will assist Coaches and Directors of Coaching to become more proficient in the following areas:

• Structure of a Club to assist in player development
  
• System and style of play (related to Youth Development)
• How to Educate and Evaluate Coaches
• Curriculum for each age group
• Example training session’s for  E, D, C , B and A age groups (Brief overview of F age group)
• How to teach a system of play in the above age groups!

 
Aim of the Course:
 
Focus on improving Northern California Youth Soccer Directors and Coaches
using the  Ajax Amsterdam Club as an example.
 
Areas to improve:

• How to run an effective training!
• Passing and Possession
• Creative attacking Soccer
• Using the goalkeeper as a field player
• Coaching details
• High level intensity in trainings
• Developing your players!
