Managers of teams wishing to register in the Norcal Premier League can
only register a team if all players and coaches are US Club Soccer
members. Most Clubs have a designated US Club Soccer Registrar. Only
they can register your players as a US Club Soccer Member (cost is $12
per player. this is an annual fee).
Contact your Club's US Club Soccer Registrar to begin this process. As a team Managers you will need to collect from each player the following in order to complete the teams' registration. Each participant (player and coach) must:
See more details below. 1: Each Family/individual must complete a US Club Soccer registration form which they can find on the US Club Soccer website. This form is then completed and set to the team manager who in turn provides this in their team package to their Clubs US Club Soccer Registrar. 2. Copy of Birth Certificate. The convenient way is for parents to scan and send to the team manager by email. The original copy is not necessary. If it is not possible to send electronically (by email), then the parents must send the manager a hardcopy birth certificate and the registration form by mail in person. 3: Photograph: A 1 inch x 1 inch head shot of the player (face/head shot only; not hats, color photo, facing forwards- note: the entire head needs to fit in the photo) 4: Payment: A $12 fee must be paid by the Club for each player registered to US Club Soccer. What to Do When You Have Sent in Your Team Package with Your Club Registrar - once your club registrar has entered the information online, the processing time usually tales 1-2 days. how fast the process takes depends on your own club registrar. your club registrar will return your paperwork (birth certificates, reg. forms and new player passes and a custom roster) - You will be given US Club Soccer Team number which you can find on all of your player passes. you will need this to register your team for Norcal Premier. - you are then free to sign up your team on the Norcal Premier website.
