Recommended Goals To develop players who have a lifetime involvement with soccer To develop a club vision from which your club members, players, parents, coaches, board members head in the same direction To assist schools and parents by requiring high educational standards. To provide a top level College Assistance Program. To develop, using positive coaching methods, players who are creative, ball masters, with the ability to dominate 1v1 situations, for college, top-level amateur and professional programs. To develop successful teams playing an attractive attacking soccer to showcase your players at events. To develop a club wide structure for necessary technical (on the field) and administrative areas. To move towards a club which includes a field complex, club membership, and provides year round daily soccer playing opportunities. To develop and implement a coaching curriculum with cooperation between the coaching staff. To develop individual fundraising possibilities which allows any players selected to be a part of the club. To develop and implement a corporate sponsorship plan. To develop a system which allows the club to track players, coaches, and teams. To develop additional training opportunities including play days, camps, and functional trainings sessions (gkeeper, striker, technical and speed coordination. To develop effective communication including public relations inside and outside the club. To invest in coaching education and club equipment. To utilize every opportunity for pool development offered by US Club and CYSA including more advancement between teams on a regular basis. To develop a scouting and recruitment system for your area .To develop relations with between members and the local soccer community. To develop Player - Parent agreement to hand out at tryouts, which defines information pertinent to parents considering your club as a choice.
