D3 and D4 United League Information Sheet
Thursday, 06 September 2007
Welcome to the inaugural season for the new D3 and D4 United Nor Cal league for U9 and U10 soccer.  Following you will find all information needed for the effective and smooth running of the Nor Cal leagues.  Thank you for all of your patience as we get this new league off of the ground.
  1. Referees – It is up to each home club to provide referees for their games.  It is preferred that three referees are present at these games, however if there is an official center referee, it is okay to provide two club AR’s, one from each club at the match.
  2. This link provides a referee game report that should be used at all games.  This should be forwarded to the referee coordinator for your club and additional forms should accompany each manager to the games.
  3. Game cards – The above referee report should be accompanied by an official US Club roster and passes that match the roster.  This will be the official document given to the referee at each match.  Players not listed on the US Club roster for a game will be ineligible to participate in a game.  US club passes can be obtained by going to www.usclubsoccer.com by your league registrar, inputting all information, uploading all birth certificates and then ordering passes.  Once you have input information, you are able to generate an official US Club roster that will accompany you to your games.  Make sure you bring a roster for the referee and one for the opposing team manager.
  4. Please mail all completed game sheets to 3370 Reliez Highland Rd  Lafayette, Ca 94549
  5. Standings:  While we are not keeping official standings, game scores must be reported within 48 hours after a game has been completed.  Please send the following information in an e-mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it
  6. Home team vs Away Team, Date, Time, Gender and Age Group and Score of the game
  7. This is important as game scores will be used as one factor to determine seeding for the U9 and U10 Nor Cal Cup that will take place in November after the league season has been completed.  We will keep unofficial standings only for this purpose.
  8. Unassigned games – In leagues where there will be additional games assigned in late October and early November, please make sure you have field space available if you are assigned a home game.  The dates have been established and the assigning will depend on the finish of teams in the league.  Teams who are a higher seed will have the first option to host games.   These assigned games will be sent out in October at least one week prior to the assigned game.
  9. Coach Ejections – The league is taking a very strong stance on coach ejections.  An ejected coach will automatically sit two games.  Additionally, the club will be fined $50 of their $200 bond.  2 ejections will result in a coach being removed for the remainder of the season and the following season.   Clubs that show consistent infringement will be reviewed as to whether they will be allowed to participate in the league in the following year.  THIS IS YOUTH SOCCER.  WE ASK THAT EVERYONE CONDUCT THEMSELVES ACCORDINGLY MAKING THIS A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE FOR OUR YOUTH PLAYERS.
