Slated to begin play in the spring of 2009, the U-9 through U-18 league is going to partner with the NorCal Premier League and will be sanctioned by US Club Soccer.
“We are very excited to partner with the NorCal Premier League and US Club Soccer,” said Dang Pibulvech. “The NorCal Premier League is a model league for the whole country and we are very excited to offer the clubs, teams, players and coaches the opportunity to participate in such a top-notch organization.”
The PCPFL will partner with the NorCal Premier League by becoming a regional league of NorCal. The PCPFL will have an advisory board that is comprised of local “soccer people”, representing the various soccer clubs in their area (Reno-Carson City-Tahoe). All members of the advisory board will have at least a ‘C’ license. PCPFL games will be played in the Reno, Carson City and Tahoe areas, and teams will play approximately eight (8) games in the spring.
