Any club being turned down by the NCPS Club committee shall be entitled to appeal in writing to the EBOD of NCPS. An appeal must be made by a recognized clubs’ board member, in accordance with procedures established by the EBOD and is begun by submitting a notice of appeal and $150 within ten (10) days from the date of the official receipt of the decision by the party making the appeal. Copies of the notice of appeal shall be sent to all opposing parties and to the appeals committee or other body whose decision is being appealed.

 

The club committee shall furnish to the appeals committee all of the official records utilized by it in making its decision.

 

Within thirty (30) business days of being in receipt of the appeals notice, the appeals committee shall notify both the club committee and the appealing party as to either an update or notice of a final decision.

 

Any appeal of the NCPS appeals committee decision may be made to US Club soccer according to the US Club appeals process. Any appeal to the decision rendered by US Club may be made to USSF according to Bylaw 705; Appeals Procedure.
