9. Active Teams:
New Clubs must have at least three active teams in U11 age groups or below or they must have a minimum of six active teams in order to be considered for Norcal Premier Soccer Club Membership.
*An active team is defined as possessing a roster of at least 8 players for U11 and below or at least 11 players for U12 and above with each player only being roistered on one team.
